The Washington Foreign Press Center facilitated coverage of the National Archives’ “Bill of Rights” naturalization ceremony by four foreign broadcast media outlets, including TVE Spain, NTN24 Colombia, BBC Persia TV, and RTVI Russia. The special event featured over 35 newly-naturalized U.S. citizens taking the oath of allegiance at the Rotunda in front of the original “Charters of Freedom” (The Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights).
